Child Therapy
Children often find it difficult to describe their feelings and thoughts to parents or other adults. Instead, they may show behavioral or relationship difficulties. Therapeutic play and art activities give children an opportunity to share and explore what is happening in a safe environment. Many therapy practices will say that they offer child therapy, yet aren't fully equipped to do so. Personal Enrichment Therapy provides a well-stocked play and art therapy area and extensive experience in providing child therapy.
Adolescent Therapy
Teens and Pre-Teens often need a different therapy approach than therapy for children and adults. Recognizing that adolescence brings new situations and challenges is crucial for effective therapy. Teens and Pre-Teens can face school difficulties, bullying, anxiety about maturing bodies and changing roles, and gender identity questions, alongside anxiety and depression. Personal Enrichment Therapy provides experienced and empathic therapy for Teens and Pre-Teens.
Family Therapy
Families are frequently affected by a loved one's struggles and needs. Family therapy helps others gain insight into a member's struggles and concerns and how those affect family interactions. Therapy helps families learn to support each other and navigate changing family dynamics.
Adult Therapy
Sometimes a person struggles with and questions what is happening in their life. Individual therapy in a supportive environment can be extremely helpful to explore life's challenges and how to deal with them. Therapy uses a variety of methods to help individuals understand, cope and change.
